Adding an Accommodation

You can add an accommodation segment anytime if you are not importing from HELiO, a GDS, a tour operator, or an email confirmation.
Flight Centre, Liberty Travel, and Travel Associates consultants should be sending their HELiO bookings to Trips to populate trip segments/bookings.

Click the Add icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen and select Accommodation.



Start typing the name of the accommodation you'd like to add. If it's in the database, you should be able to select it from the drop-down list.


  1. Contact info, website details, and photographs should populate automatically if the hotel is selected from the database.
  2. If your accommodation is not part of the database, click here to learn more about adding vendors to your Library.
Add check-in/out dates and times and click Add to Trip.



From here, you can add Room, Pricing, and Cancellation Policy information, upload files and add any necessary details.



You can edit your Accommodation segment anytime by clicking View Details and then clicking the Edit icon, or any of the Add prompts.
