Updating Company contact details and uploading a Company logo

This feature is available for Independent brands only.

Updating your Company contact details and Company logo can be done through the Admin section.
Your personal agent contact details should be entered under your My Account user profile. See this article for details on entering your contact info:
My Account FeaturesSelect the Menu icon from the top left-hand side of the screen. Click Admin from the left menu and then select the first option Company. Select the Options icon to the right of your company name and select Edit Profile.
Under Contact, enter details in any of the following fields:
- Email
- Website
- Facebook
- Twitter
- Telephone
- Instagram

Enter a contact phone number in the TELEPHONE field only. Any number entered in the PHONE field will display as a 24/7 Customer Care number on the Trip email sent when you publish or re-publish a trip. It is recommended to leave the PHONE field blank.

The address entered in the website field will only display if there is no website entered in your user profile.
The number entered in the TELEPHONE field will only display if there is no phone number entered in your user profile.
The email address entered in the company profile will not display on itineraries unless configured by Trips Support for specific use cases only.
The Facebook and Twitter/X links will only display if you do not have those social links entered under your profile.
The Instagram link will appear on all itineraries.
Address information is not displayed on itineraries.
To upload a company logo, select the Options icon from the right of your company name and select Upload New Logo.
From here, drag your company logo from your device, or click the box to browse your device for the logo file. Once added, click Upload.

A high-resolution rectangular PNG or JPEG file is recommended.
