Sign into your TRIPS account via HOME and either create a new Trip, or click into a Trip that has already been created.
From within the Trip, click Import Bookings and select PNR Import. Enter your Agency Locator in the PNR box, along with the passenger surname in the Last Name box. From the GDS dropdown menu, select Sabre TripCase as this is the GDS system that is utilized by TPConnects.
Click IMPORT to add the PNR segments in your Trip. Click the Trip tab on the left menu bar to return to your Trip itinerary. Your TPConnects segments have now been imported and arranged chronologically.
Trip Publisher's PNR import feature is not a live integration. If changes are made to the booking in TPConnects, it must be re-imported through the PNR Import tab, or edited in your Trip.
If you wish to add additional details to segments added via the PNR Import, we suggest adding them using a Note segment so that your edits/additions are not overwritten if you re-import the TPConnects booking.
