Listed below are the current known issues within TRIPS.

Documents cannot be downloaded to mobile device in the iOS version of the Flight Centre, Travel Associates and Cruiseabout mobile apps

When clicking the Download button on an attachment in a trip via the mobile apps, nothing occurs. Attachments can still be viewed in the mobile apps under the Documents tab. (Android version is not affected)

Workaround: Send customers/clients the Trips email (via the Re-Publish button witin the trip in Trip Publisher and selecting Send Notification Email to Travellers) which will have a link to the web itinerary from which they can download documents onto the mobile device or a computer/laptop depending on where they have opened the email.

In Safari: Once downloaded, click on the 3 dots in the bottom right hand corner of the browser and select Share to decide where to save the document (eg. Notes app, Save to Files) or Print
in Chrome: After downloading, click on Download in the pop up and then select Open In link to decide whether to open in Downloads or to save the document to another location (eg. Notes app, Save to Files) or Print

Google Places search when creating a Vendor

When searching for a property to auto populate address, phone number, etc, the search only returns "!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"


Workaround: Vendor profiles can still be created, but you will need to manually enter in the property address, phone number, etc.


Segment File Attachments | Trips2Go Mobile App

In offline mode (no data or wifi connection), when attempting to access a file attachment within a segment, the preview will display only the file name.
To access the document, navigate to the DOCUMENTS section in the app to view it.



Add a Photo | Search Web

When attempting to add a photo via the Search Web option, no results are returned. This is being investigated for resolution.
To add a photo, you will need to download the image and upload it from your computer via the Upload tab.


AFAR Destination Content

Images that are part of the destination content provided by AFAR will not display. You can:
  1. add AFAR content; however, images will not display and will show blank white space on the itinerary
  2. add Wcities destination content which does not include images
