Known Issues



Listed below are the current known issues within TRIPS.

Mobile App (Liberty Travel Go, Trips2Go, Travel Associates, Travel Managers)

Our development team is working on correcting the following for the next mobile app release:

Segment Details
  1. Hyperlinks added to the details section of a segment will not be clickable in the mobile app.
    1. Add hyperlinks to the DETAILS section of a note segment and link it to the appropriate segment. Links in a note segment will be clickable in the app.
Registration
  1. Customers/Travellers trying to register on the mobile app may experience an issue completing the registration if their device has zoom display settings enabled. This prevents the "Register" button from displaying on screen. Once the display zoom is decreased, the "Register" button will display.
  2. Scrolling will be added to this screen in the next release, allowing customers to complete account registration without having to change any display settings.

AFAR Destination Content

Images that are part of the destination content provided by AFAR are not displayed. We are working with our partner on a solution.
In the meantime, you can:
  1. add AFAR content; however, images will not display and will show blank white space on the itinerary
  2. add Wcities destination content which does not include images
