Listed below are the current known issues within TRIPS.

DriveAway

DriveAway has recently changed the format of their email confirmations and vouchers. The third-party platform that TRIPS uses to parse these forwarded email confirmations is in the process of updating its parsers. The estimated date of completion for this update is currently the first or second week of September. To add any DriveAway segments to your trip, add a transportation segment.

Note: The PDF upload option for DriveAway Invoices will not be updated or supported. Please use the email confirmation forwarding feature to import these details into your itinerary.

Add a Photo | Search Web

When attempting to add a photo via the Search Web option, no results are returned. This is being investigated for resolution.
To add a photo, you will need to download the image and upload it from your computer via the Upload tab.

AFAR Destination Content

Images that are part of the destination content provided by AFAR are not displayed. We are working with our partner on a solution.
In the meantime, you can:
  1. add AFAR content; however, images will not display and will show blank white space on the itinerary
  2. add Wcities destination content which does not include images
