Listed below are the current known issues within TRIPS.
Traveller Collaboration - Travel Associates, Trips2Go & Travel Managers mobile app
In the latest version of both the Travel Associates and Trip2Go mobile apps, the menu for clients to add their own segments and notes is not loading when clicking on the + symbol in the bottom right-hand corner of the trip.
Clients can still add or edit their own notes or segments via the web itinerary.
Update October 31st, 2025 - The issue is fixed in version 1.6.5 for the Travel Associates, Trips2Go & Travel Managers app, which is available for download in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
If users get signed out after updating the app, this is no reason for concern. Clients simply need to log back in and, if they cannot remember their password, they can use the mobile app Reset Password link from the login screen of the app.
Add a Photo | Search Web
When attempting to add a photo via the Search Web option, no results are returned. This is being investigated for resolution.
To add a photo, you will need to download the image and upload it from your computer via the Upload tab.
AFAR Destination Content
Images that are part of the destination content provided by AFAR will not display. You can:
- add AFAR content; however, images will not display and will show blank white space on the itinerary
- add Wcities destination content which does not include images
