Queuing (importing) PNRs from Sabre

This article applies to the following Independent brands:
- Flight Centre Independents
- Travel Associates at Home / Travel Associates Members
- Envoyage AU
- Travel Managers
- World Travellers
- Link Travel Group
- Envoyage US
This feature is not enabled for any other brands. Sabre PNRs must be added to your HELiO booking.

Do you have PNRs in Sabre that you want to import into Trips? Easily add these to a Trip using the Sabre Live integration!
Queuing your PNR to TRIPS
To make your PNRs available in Trips, you must place the PNR(s) on the Trips dedicated queue.
Below is the Sabre command you can enter to place your PNR on the correct queue:
Brand | Queue | Sabre Command |
Flight Centre Independents | 120 | QP/R81J120/19 |
Travel Associates at Home/Members | 110 | QP/R81J110/19 |
Envoyage AU | 250 | QP/R81J250/19 |
World Travellers | 460 | QP/R81J460/19 |
Travel Managers | 400 | QP/R81J400/19
|
Link Travel Group | 470 | QP/R81J470/19 |
Envoyage US | 405 | QP/03DC405/19 |
*select Independent companies have their own PCC set up with the Sabre Live integration. If you are unsure of your assigned queue, please email support.trips@umapped.com and a Trips Customer Success Team member can assist. *If you are getting 'CITY R81J NOT AUTHORIZED' when trying to queue from Sabre to Trips, you will need to open Sabre B-Level Branch Access between your agency PCC and the Trips PCC R81J. The native Sabre entry to accomplish this is W/TAAxxxx‡BR81J (where xxxx is your PCC), and must be made by an agent in your office who has the EPR keyword ACCESS and Duty Code 9.
Adding your PNR to a Trip
Next, log into Trip Publisher (via Okta) to add the Sabre PNR to a Trip you have already created OR to create a new Trip.
Once logged into Trip Publisher, click on Booking Inbox from your Dashboard.
- Enter the Sabre PNR in the Keyword field and click Search.
Once you have located your PNR, click the Options icon (three vertical dots) to the right of the booking card to add it to an existing Trip or create a new Trip with these segments.
- If you access your Booking Inbox while already within a Trip, the prompt Add to Trip will add it to your current Trip - you will not have the option to select another Trip.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I do if there are updates/changes to the PNR?
If a PNR has changed after it has been added to Trips, please re-queue the PNR to the Trips queue so that the changes are automatically updated in the customer itinerary.
You do not need to create a new Trip through your Booking Inbox when you re-queue a PNR; the changes will be reflected in your existing Trip.

If you wish to input additional details to a synced booking in your Trip, we suggest adding them as separate notes or components, so your additions are not overwritten when PNRs are re-synced.
What do I do if there are updates/changes to flights in the PNR directly from the airline?
When you are notified of changes or cancellations from airlines in Sabre, you must re-queue the PNR to the Trips queue once you've confirmed the changes to reflect the updates in your Trip. This will NOT happen automatically - you must re-queue the PNR.
