Travel Requirements | Web View

Travel Requirements, powered by Sherpa, provides your customers with access to a list of entry requirements and travel restrictions such as visa, passport, quarantine and COVID-19 testing measures.


Listed below are the steps your customer would need to follow to access the Travel Requirements feature.

From the Trip email, travellers can open the Web View of their trip by clicking View Booking Online or View Itinerary (depending on your Brand).



On the menu banner, travellers will see the Travel Requirements category to the right of Documents; click into this category.

Within Travel Requirements, travellers will be prompted to add their travel information.
  1. Travellers will need to input their flight information, departure/arrival destinations, vaccine status, passport, and departure/arrival dates.


Once the traveller has input their information, the requisite entry, health and safety requirements will populate in a message below. 
The Travel Requirements tool will remain a separate category at the top of the itinerary for their trip, allowing travellers to access updated information at any time.
