Calendar Sync Option
Your Travellers can download their trip itinerary onto their mobile or desktop device to keep their travel dates organized.
Web View colours/branding will vary depending on your brand. Generic branding is used for illustrative purposes in this article.
Select the Add to calendar button on the Trip header from within the Web View.
When viewing the web itinerary on a mobile device, click the Options icon and then Add to calendar.
This will download the Trip calendar to the iOS, Google, or Outlook calendar, and the Trip segments will populate within the personal calendar.
Adding the Trip calendar with a personal calendar gives your Travellers an extra way of keeping track of their Trip and making their schedule more cohesive.
The calendar must be downloaded again if changes are made to the itinerary.
