Multiple Brand Support | Selecting Your Brand

This feature is available for Independent brands only.

Within your account settings, you can select which Brand profile(s) you want to display on your itineraries.
Multiple Brand Support allows users with the Administrator role to create additional brands within their Company that can be used by all agents within the Company.
To select your Brand profile created by an Administrator, click on your profile photo in the top-right corner and select My Account.
The Company Information section will allow you to select the Brand from the drop-down menu you want to display on your itineraries. Click on the down arrow beside the Company Name, select your Brand, and then click SAVE. Your Company logo and name will update automatically.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Selecting a brand profile will only display a different COMPANY NAME and COMPANY LOGO on itineraries.
- Any trip created via automation (e.g. HELiO, Tramada, etc.) will initially be made under the default (original) company name. You must PUBLISH or REPUBLISH the trip itinerary for your selected branding to appear.
- For any Trips created before selecting a new Brand Profile, you must RE-PUBLISH your Trip for your new Branding to appear.
