Publishing Company Templates
If a Template is Pending in Group Templates, Company Administrators can publish a Template and make it available to other agents in Company Templates.
Choose the Template you wish to Publish and make it available to your Company from Group Templates.
Publish the Template by clicking on Publish in the top right corner of the page.
Click the Lock icon to toggle to Template Access: Company; this will make the Template available to all users in your Company.
The Template will now be available in Company Templates.
