Re-Publishing a Trip

After making any changes or additions to a quote or itinerary, RE-PUBLISH the Trip to ensure all updates are captured on customer documentation.
Changes to HELiO segments MUST be done in HELiO. Once updated in HELiO, select Guest Documentation and send to Trips to update your Trips quote or itinerary.


After enhancing a Trips quote or itinerary (with additional notes or attachments), re-publish the Trip:
  1. Select RE-PUBLISH at the top of your Trip. From the pop-up, select Send Notification Email to Travellers.
  2. If you want to include a note to your Travellers, type that in the NOTE box. This note will appear in the Trip Email sent to Travellers when re-publishing a Trip.
