HELiO | Transfer confirmation numbers
The supplier confirmation number for transfers (if available) will now be mapped to the Booking # field of the Transportation (transfer) segment in Trips and will appear on customer documentation.
Note Segment
When creating a Note segment, the only mandatory field will be the Title. Date and note content is now optional.
Flight Notification Emails
Design improvements have been made to the flight notification templates for delays and cancellations as well as highlighting the importance of travellers verifying all information with their agent and/or airline.
Trips Modal | Document list
The HELiO Trips Modal will now only show the most recent copies of attachments (booking invoice, payment receipt, tax invoice, ATOL certificate) that are associated with the booking. Previously, all versions were displayed causing some confusion. All versions will still be accessible within Trips and by Guests, however only the most recent version will be shown in the Trips Modal as a visual cue to ensure consultants have provided up-to-date documents.
Language Translations
Updates and additions have been made to the translations within Trip Publisher and the web view itinerary.
HELiO | Tour Radar
Tour Radar reservations within HELiO will display as a Tour segment on Trips documentation with all important information relating to the Tour Radar reservation.
When an itinerary is Published or Re-published (via the Trips Modal or directly in Trips), the user contact information displayed on the Trips quote or itinerary will now always be that of the trip owner.
Re-publishing a Trip that was created by another user/account will no longer display the details (name and email) of the last person that re-published a Trip.
If a booking sent from HELiO to Trips is created under the default store account or the system account (which usually occurs when a user account match can not be made), or was initially created by a consultant that is no longer on the team, you can use the Trip Transfer feature to transfer ownership of the Trip to your account.
Click the ≡ in the top left corner of Trip Publisher and select 'Support' to launch your brand/region’s Support Portal & search 'Transferring a Trip' for more details.
FIXES
File Attachments | Last Modified date
The Last Modified date column was always displaying the current date. This has been resolved and the date under the Last Modified column will show the date the file was uploaded or last modified (editing the file name or caption).
HELiO | Unsupported symbol
When a Booking or Itinerary note from a supplier in HELiO contains the symbol "•", it is being displayed as a “?” in Trip Publisher and on customer documents. This has been resolved and "•" symbols will display correctly.
When a Brand Profile has been applied to your account, contact details were not showing on PDF Layout 1 (Default) or the PDF (Printer Friendly) version. This has been resolved and all PDF versions will display agent details.
Notes
Note segments that did not contain any content caused a blank screen to appear when selected on the web view. This has been resolved and will now open correctly when selected.
