NEW FEATURES AND ENHANCEMENTS

Transportation Segment | Contact Information

Details entered in the Contact Information filed within a Transportation segment in Trip Publisher will now display on the segment card to align with the same display format for Activity segments.



PDF Segment Ordering

The PDF segment order of HELiO bookings sent to Trips which contained flight segments that crossed the International Dateline has been improved. The PDF should now match HELiO segment order. Trip Publisher may still reflect an incorrect order, however, web and PDF views will be correct.

Logout from Classic Vacations

Users logged in to Classic Vacations (via the Suppliers section) will now be able to logout from their Classic Vacations account by navigating to the User Profile section under My Account.



HELiO | Car Hire Company

The Car Hire Company will now be mapped to the Name field in the Transportation segment in Trips. The Car Hire Company is also listed at the bottom of the Additional Details section. With this enhancement, it will now also be prominently displayed at the top of the segment for customers to know who their Car Rental is with.



Trip Message

When adding a Traveller or additional Traveller to an already published Trip, users will now be able to add a message that will be included in the trip email that is automatically sent when adding a Traveller to a published Trip.



FIXES

File Attachments | Insurance Segment

When adding an attachment to an Insurance segment from a HELiO booking, users received an error indicating that their changes have not been saved even though that attachment has been added successfully. This has been resolved and no error will be shown.
