Traveller Collaboration - Mobile App

This article applies to consultants within the following brands:
  1. Travel Associates
  2. Travel Managers
  3. Independents (Travel Partners, Link Travel, FCI, World Travellers, etc.)
  4. Envoyage
  5. Liberty Travel
  6. Laurier Du Vallon - Rosedale
If the Traveller Collaboration feature is enabled in your Preferences, your Travellers can add segments and Notes to their Trip, whether on the Web View or the mobile app.

In the Mobile App, Travellers can open their Trip and click the Add icon in the bottom right-hand corner to add additional bookings or Notes.



If your Traveller adds any booking segments, those segments will automatically sync to your Trip in the Trip Publisher. Travellers will not be able to remove or edit segments you've created, even with Traveller Collaboration enabled.
NOTES added by a Traveller via collaboration:
  1. will only be visible to the traveller on the web view or within the mobile app.
  2. will NOT be viewable to you (the Travel Consultant)
  3. will NOT display on the PDF
Once the Add icon has been selected, your Traveller can choose the type of itinerary segment they would like to add to their Trip.




The segment will populate in their Trip once all required details have been entered and saved.



The Traveller Collaboration feature allows your travellers to add bookings and notes on the go, giving them more flexibility during their Trip.
The Traveller Collaboration feature is only availalbe for travellers. Advisors who have logged into the mobile app will not see the option to add segments.
