Trip Building Workflow: Booking Inbox

There may be instances where you have deleted a Trip in error and need to recreate this using the same HELiO Booking; or, for Independent brands not using HELiO or are creating a Trip with multiple booking sources. Follow the steps below to create a Trips itinerary.
For Flight Centre and Liberty Travel:
  1. Trip creation must begin in HELiO. Once your HELiO quote/booking is ready, send it to Trips to create your TRIPS quote/itinerary.

To create a new Trip from the Booking Inbox:

From the Dashboard, select Booking Inbox from the left menu bar.

Enter the HELiO Booking ID (or Tramada booking, or Sabre PNR if applicable) into the Keyword box and then click Search.


When a result is returned, click the Options icon on the right and select Create a new Trip.



To add to an existing Trip from the Booking Inbox:
  1. From within the Trip, Select the Import Booking tab from the left menu bar.
  2. Enter the HELiO booking number (or Tramada booking or Sabre PNR if applicable) into the Keyword box and then click Search.
  3. When a result is returned, click the Options icon to the right and select Add to Trip.
