Upload an Auto Europe or DriveAway Invoice

Upload Auto Europe PDF invoices to your itinerary to include all those details within your customer's trip.

Within a Trip, select Suppliers.

Under PDF Upload, select Upload A File. Choose the PDF file and select Open.

Select Auto Europe Invoice from the PDF Type dropdown menu and select Upload PDF. The components of the PDF will be added to the trip.



DriveAway is part of the Auto Europe LLC Group. You can also upload DriveAway invoices by selecting Auto Europe Invoice from the PDF Type dropdown. Once imported, the segment details will indicate an "Auto Europe voucher number". Click the Pencil icon and edit this to say "DriveAway voucher number".
