Accessing TRIPS in the Cruiseabout App

The Cruiseabout Mobile App provides access to TRIPS itineraries booked by a Cruiseabout advisor.

Ensure your client has downloaded the Cruiseabout app to their device.

From the Home or Trips tab, select the 'Sign in or become a member' button.



Enter the booking email and click Continue. A code will be sent to that email. Enter the code on the next screen.
Alert
Clients should use the same email address they have on file with their travel professional since this is the email entered into Trips to share an itinerary.



The Trips page will display Active trips, followed by a Past Trips section at the bottom.
