Setting Up Trips in the Flight Centre App

This article applies to consultants within the Flight Centre brand.

If you're part of a different brand, choose the link associated with your brand for specific app instructions:

1. Travel Managers -  Downloading the Travel Managers App
   
2. Envoyage Internal (FKA Liberty Travel) & Independents (e.g. Envoyage, Luxury Travel Collection, World Travellers, Link Travel Group, etc.) -  Downloading the Trips2Go App
   
3. Travel Associates - Downloading the Travel Associates App

Clients can activate Trips in the Flight Centre Mobile App by following these simple steps

1. Ensure your client has the Flight Centre App installed.
   
2. Select Trips from the bottom menu.
   
3. Select Sign in or create an account.
   
   
   
   
4. Enter your email address (this should be the same email used when booking).
   
   
   
   
5. Follow the prompts to link your email with a one-time passcode sent to your email.
   
   
   
   
6. Done! Any Trips that contain their confirmed email address as a Traveller will now appear in the Trips section of their Flight Centre App.
   
   
   

For the best experience of the Flight Centre App, we recommend you use an iPhone or iPad running OS 13 or later; or an Android device running OS 10.0 or later.
