
Import Tramada bookings into Trips by following the steps outlined below.
PART 1 | Push your Tramada bookings to Trips
Within a Tramada booking, click on Documents from the left menu.
Select the "Document Type" from the dropdown menu.
- Choose Itinerary - Full for the complete set of booking details.
Click Issue New.
Select Enhanced Itinerary Builder Only or Umapped Only from the "Itinerary Type" menu.
Select all segments you want to make available in Trips or click the Select All button.
Click Issue.

TIP: If changes are made to your Tramada Booking, re-issue the push to Trips to make sure changes are reflected in your Trip!
PART 2 | Import your booking into Trips
Depending on your brand setup, once
logged into Trips (via Okta), you can locate the Trip that has automatically been created on your
Dashboard.
Trips that
- You can use the search and filter option to search by the Tramada booking number.

If the automatically created trip is not shown on your Dashboard under MY CURRENT TRIPS, you can also search under the COMPANY TRIPS tab in the event the trip was created for a different user based on the Tramada booking owner.
If no TRIPS user matches the Tramada booking owner, the trip will have been created under the System account. You can then use the
Trip Transfer feature to transfer ownership of the itinerary to your account.

Trips that are automatically created will have a generic trip name from Tramada, such as Itinerary & Costing - Full. You can
customize the trip name to personalize the itinerary.
If a Trip is not automatically created, click Import Bookings from within a Trip or Booking Inbox from your Dashboard.
Enter the Tramada Reservation Number in the Keyword field and select Tramada from the Source dropdown menu. Then click Search.
- Depending on your account setup, your Tramada booking may already appear in the Booking Inbox without the need to search.
Click on a result to expand reservation details.
Click the Options icon (three vertical dots), then select Add To Trip.
- If you accessed the Booking Inbox from your Dashboard, you can also create a new Trip from this screen.
All booking details will be added as segments within the Trip.
