Creating or Updating a Trip Using the Booking Inbox

There may be instances where you have:
  1. deleted a segment in error and need to recreate this using the same HELiO Booking.
  2. deleted an entire Trip in error and need to recreate this using the same HELiO Booking.
Follow the steps below to create a new trip or add to an existing trip from the Booking Inbox.
Alert
For Flight Centre, Travel Associates, and Liberty Travel:
  1. Trip creation must first begin in HELiO. Once your HELiO booking is ready, send it to Trips to create your TRIPS itinerary.

Creating a new trip from the Booking Inbox

From the Dashboard, select Booking Inbox from the left menu bar.

Enter the HELiO Booking ID (or Sabre PNR if applicable) into the Keyword box and then click Search.



When a result is returned, click the Options icon on the right and select Create a new Trip.



Adding to an existing Trip from the Booking Inbox

  1. From within the Trip, Select Booking Inbox from the left menu bar.
  2. Enter the HELiO booking number into the Keyword box and click Search.
  3. When a result is returned, click the Options icon to the right and select Add to Trip.
