HELiO | Updating a Traveller Email in Trips

When a lead traveller's email changes, follow the steps below to update the Trips itinerary.
These steps need only be completed if the HELiO booking had been sent to TRIPS before changing the customer's profile email.

Step 1: Update the HELiO booking

Ensure your lead traveller (Trip Contact) has the correct email address attached to their profile.



Step 2: Delete the old traveller email from TRIPS

Navigate to the itinerary in TRIPS.
  1. Select the Travellers menu
  2. Click the Options icon to the right of the traveller
  3. Select Remove Traveller
  4. Confirm by clicking Delete


Step 3: Send your HELiO booking to Trips

Now that the old traveller has been removed from TRIPS and the HELiO profile has been updated with the new email address, you can send your HELiO booking to Trips, and the new email address will be added as a Traveller.



Adding Additional Traveller Emails
If there are additional travellers that you would like to have access to the itinerary (web and mobile), click Add Traveller within the Travellers section.
