Adding a Cruise from the Database

Select cruise itineraries are part of the database, which you can import into a Template.
 
Click the Add icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen and select Cruise.



Start typing the ship name or cruise line and select it from the drop-down menu.
 
Select the sailing month and year, then click Find Cruises.



Now you can browse available voyages. Click the down arrow (v) to expand and view cruise stops for each voyage.


 
Once you have selected your cruise, click Import.



All the cruise stops will now import directly into your Template as separate Activity segments. Your cruise line may also provide a Note segment with an overview of the cruise experience.

Once finished, you can add Details and attach any relevant Files. Many cruises will come preloaded with photographs and travel details.
