The Web View

The Web View allows your clients to engage with their upcoming Trip with an interactive, dynamic browser interface.
Web View colours/branding will vary depending on your brand. Multiple branding is used for illustrative purposes in this article.


When your Travellers first receive their Trip email, they are given a link to the Web View of their itinerary.
Travellers must log in using the same email that was used when you added them as a Traveller (Trip Contact when coming from HELiO). To revise their email address, they must be removed and re-added as Travellers within Trips.


Once Travellers have logged in, they will be able to view the following: 
  1. All their Trip segments, complete with photos and website links (if applicable).
  2. Links to download a PDF copy of the Trip as well as the mobile app
  3. You and your store's contact information

  3. Download (PDF itinerary with images)
  4. Print (PDF without images)



Depending on a user's browser screen size or if being viewed on a mobile device, the Web View will be optimized for the best viewing experience.

The Web View is dynamic and interactive. It updates with new flight information (Sabre PNRs only - within 24hrs of departure) as it becomes available and revisions when you Re-Publish your Trip (or re-send from an integration such as HELiO).
