Accessing Trips as a Traveller

Travellers that have been added to a trip can access it in three formats.
  1. Web Itinerary
  2. PDF
  3. Mobile App
Web View and Email colours/branding will vary depending on your brand. Flight Centre branding is used for illustrative purposes in this article.

Web Itinerary

The web itinerary can be accessed on any browser, including mobile browsers.

An email that includes all the information required to access the different formats of the itinerary will be sent to the traveller's inbox.

Access the Web Itinerary by clicking on View Booking Online.



Travellers must log in using the same email that was used when you added them as a Traveller (Trip Contact when coming from HELiO). To revise their email address, they must be removed and re-added as Travellers within Trips. More details on the Web view can be found in this article: The Web View




PDF Itinerary

PDF versions of the trip itinerary can be downloaded and printed.

From within the Web Itinerary, select the Download icon (3) to view/print a PDF version with images, or the Print icon (4) to view/print a PDF version without images.



The Calendar icon (1) can be selected to dowload the itinerary details to a device calendar: Calendar Sync Option
