Adding a Cruiseabout After Hours Assist Note to Itineraries

To add the Cruiseabout After Hours Assist note to your itinerary, follow the steps below from within a trip itinerary.
  1. Click Destination Content.
  2. Select the Library tab.
  3. Enter a keyword such as 'after' or 'assist' in the Keyword field.
  4. Click Search.
  5. Click the More icon beside the After Hours Assist note.
  6. Click Add to Trip.



  7. From the pop-up, choose Top of Trip from the Select Date drop-down.
  8. Click Add to Trip.

The After Hours Assist note is now displayed at the top of your itinerary and will be prominintly viewable at the top of your customers itinerary.


If you prefer that the note be displayed at the bottom of the itinerary:
  1. Click View Details on the Note segment.
  2. Click the Change Tags icon.
  3. Select Place at end of itinerary.
