Accessing TRIPS in the Travel Associates App
This article is applicable to consultants within the Travel Associates brand.
If you're part of a different brand, choose the link associated with your brand for specific app instructions:
- Travel Associates at Home, Travel Associates Members, and Travel Associates Independent - Downloading the Trips2Go App.
- Travel Managers - Downloading the Travel Managers App.
- Envoyage Internal (FKA Liberty Travel) & Independents (e.g. Envoyage, Luxury Travel Collection, World Travellers, Link Travel Group, etc.) - Downloading the Trips2Go App.
- Flight Centre - Setting Up Trips in the Flight Centre App.
The Travel Associates Mobile App provides access to TRIPS itineraries booked by a Travel Associates advisor.
Ensure your client has downloaded the Travel Associates app to their device.
From the Home or Trips tab, select the 'Sign in or become a member' button.
Enter the booking email and click Continue. A code will be sent to that email. Enter the code on the next screen.
Clients should use the same email address they have on file with their travel professional since this is the email entered into Trips to share an itinerary.
The Trips page will display Active trips, followed by a Past Trips section at the bottom.
