Downloading the Travel Managers App

This article is applicable to consultants within the Travel Managers brand.
If you're part of a different brand, choose the link associated with your brand for specific app instructions:
  1. Travel Associates - Downloading the Travel Associates App.
  2. Independents (e.g. Travel Partners) - Downloading the Trips2Go App.
  3. Liberty Travel - Downloading the Liberty Travel GO App.
  4. Flight Centre - Setting Up Trips in the Flight Centre App.
The Travel Managers App can be downloaded via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). The app is free to download and enables access to Trips even when your customer is offline!

How do your customers register for a Travel Managers mobile app account?

Once the app has been downloaded:
  1. Customers must select SIGN UP to create a mobile app account the first time they use it.
    1. Customers should use the same email address they have on file with their travel professional since this email is entered into Trips to share an itinerary.
  2. Customers can log in to the app after creating an account.
  3. The My Trips page will display all active Trips. (Trip(s) will sync to the app within a few minutes.)
  4. Filter through active and past Trips by selecting the Filter icon in the top right-hand corner and selecting Past Trips.


The Travel Managers App is accessible even without a network connection - notes, photos and videos can be edited offline. Please note that a network connection for the original download of the trip is required. Any new content will be synced automatically the next time the Mobile App is used with a network connection. Certain functions like the map, Messenger and weather features will not be available offline.
