For Travellers
- A reminder email will be sent to Travellers 24 hours before a flight's scheduled departure time (for all Independent brands, Travel Associates, and Liberty Travel only).
- An email will be sent to Travellers if there is a delay or cancellation.
- Travellers will also see a notification in their mobile app messages section and the web view notifications section.
- The mobile app and web view will also show notifications of Gate changes.
For Travel Advisors
- An email will be sent to Travel Advisors if there is a flight delay or cancellation.
Any flight time delays will be automatically updated on the web itinerary and mobile app beginning 24 hours before each flight's scheduled departure time. Any newly generated PDF after the notification will also reflect the update.
Flight Notifications are integrated within the Mobile App and the Web View for an optimal customer experience.
As with any notification service, the accuracy of this flight information cannot be 100% guaranteed. You should always advise travellers to confirm their flight details directly with the airline.
Flight notifications for most users can be disabled in your
preferences if you wish to disable all notifications to travellers.
