Reordering Segments
To quickly change dates or revise the layout of your Trip, there are two methods you can use.
HELiO bookings sent to TRIPS will use the HELiO segment order as defined in HELiO. Adjust your Itinerary order in HELiO and send the booking to TRIPS again to update the segment order. Review this article for more details.
For TRIPS Itineraries with multiple sources (e.g. multiple HELiO bookings or HELiO + Tramada), segment ordering may appear out of order. See this article on how to manage segment ordering in these scenarios.
Reordering segments within the same date
To reorder segments on the same day, click, drag, and drop the segment where you want it to appear.
This will only work for segments entered with the same date and will not reorder segments with different dates.
Reordering segments to change the date
Click Calendar from the left side menu. Drag and drop the segments as they appear in the Calendar to revise the dates and order of appearance.
When you return to the Trip view, segments will have dates that reflect the placement in the Calendar.
Be cautious when reordering segments using the Calendar, as this will change the dates in the segment details. This feature works for any segment in your Calendar, including flights and accommodation.
