Adding Transportation

You can add a transportation segment if you are not importing from HELiO, Tramada, a GDS, a tour operator, or email confirmation.
Flight Centre, Liberty Travel, and Travel Associates consultants should be sending their HELiO bookings to Trips to populate trip segments/bookings.

Click the Add icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen and select Transportation.
Select the Transportation Type, if desired.
Under Name, type the name of the transportation you'd like to display. You may also add a Label and Booking reference (optional).
The Label will override the Transport Type. Leave the Label blank if you are satisfied that the Transport Type accurately reflects your booking.
Example: if you want your transportation segment to reflect a Private Transfer, enter Private Transfer in the Label field.
Once you have added the dates, click Add to Trip.



Once you've added the segment, you can add pricing and cancellation policy info, as well as additional details and files if necessary.



If you would like to save this Transportation vendor/company to add to future Trips quickly, you can add it to your Vendor Library.
