PDF - Additional improvements to the flight segment layout have been implemented.
Passenger Type (flight segment) - The default passenger type when adding a passenger to a flight segment will be N/A (blank) allowing the filed to be excluded on the PDF or web itinerary if desired.
Flight Supplements - Supplements entered under a flight reservation in HELiO will now be displayed on the TRIPS itienrary.
Car Rental Drop Off (Transportation segment) - Resolved the issue where in some scenarios, a drop off date and time could not be entered.
HELiO Cruise Supplements - Supplements entered under a cruise reservation in HELiO will now be displayed on the TRIPS itinerary.
Dahsboard Thumbnail Images - All thumbnail images on your Dashboard will now display.
Web Itinerary - Additional updates have been made to the web itinerary:
- The 'Support' button has been renamed to better identify to travellers where to access their travel expert's contact details.
- Line breaks were not formatted correctly on a Summary note. This has been resolved.
- Links entered in the details section of segments were not opening in a new tab. This has been resolved.
Web Itinerary Update - The TRIPS design team has been working on an initiative to update and improve the look and feel of the web itinerary in line with some new design standards. The web view continues to beautifully display the travel itineraries created by you. Find out more about the improved itinerary design below.
- Flight segment cards have been enhanced to display the airline logo and to visually indicate whether the arrival date differs from the departure date. The improved design lets travellers easily find and understand their flight information when viewing the itinerary. The itinerary now has dedicated fields for the following:
- Baggage allowance
- Special Service Requests (SSRs)
- Operating airline
- Technical stops
- These new field details can be added directly to your air segments when editing a flight segment in Trip Publisher.
When viewing any segment details, these will now be displayed in a larger pop-up card, allowing travellers to see more information in a larger viewing area.- Your contact details are just a click away. Travellers can click the Support floating action button to access your contact details and messaging (for select brands) when viewing their itinerary.
Photo Search
- When adding a photo (e.g. to a note, or cover photo), the Search Photo Library tab will now return high-quality images from Pexels - offering the best free stock photos and royalty free images shared by creators.
Trip Search
- Adjustments have been made to improve the response time to display the trips list when searching and filtering trips.
Audit Log
- Traveller Collaboration actions will now show in the Audit Log. The Audit Log will show the action when a segment is added, modified, or deleted.
Activity Segment - Contact Name
- This update will allow you to enter a first and last name (or two words) followed by a phone number. The phone number will automatically be populated with a + symbol. No spaces or special characters will work in a phone number.
- We are looking at making further updates to this field in the future that would allow greater flexibility while maintaining needed functionality.
Accommodation
- When an accommodation segment of one night was present, and specific user computer time zones were selected (i.e. Brisbane), users could not edit the segment without reselecting the dates from the calendar. This has been resolved.
File Attachments
- When a file attachment is deleted from a segment, the file will now also be deleted from Documents | File Attachments.
Activity Segment - Contact Name
- When adding a phone number to the Contact Name field of an Activity segment, contact numbers will automatically be formatted in this field (spaces and special characters removed). This will allow the phone number to be displayed correctly within the mobile app and be clickable to call.
Voucher URL - HELiO Bookings
- The voucher URL for activities booked in HELiO (e.g. Disney theme park tickets) will now display on itineraries. The booking reference and voucher URL will display as the first remark in the Details section of the segment.
