3.6.19 | June 23, 2025
NEW! HELiO bookings created by an Infinity Holidays agent will now be associated with the account of the consultant (instead of the default store or system account), eliminating the need for a separate transfer step.

3.6.18 | June 5, 2025
The following issues have been fixed:
  1. When an itinerary that contains a file attachment on a segment is duplicated, deleting the file from the segment (in the duplicated trip) is not deleting the file from the Documents | File Attachments section.
  2. When an itinerary that contains a file attachment on a segment is duplicated, deleting the file from the File Attachments section (in the duplicated trip) is not deleting the file from the segment.

Improvement - Stays / Accommodation edits
  1. When editing select fields in Trip Publisher for accommodation segments that are not populated with content from HELiO, these edits will no longer be overwrittern to blank when an update from HELiO occurs. The included fields are: Check-in/out times, room type, bedding, and amenities.
    1. NOTE: Room type and bedding fields will be overwritten with the HELiO content for non-MPI stay/accommodation segments.

New Features and Enhancements

NEW -- Advisor Flight Notificaitons preference
  1. Advisor flight notification preferences have been separated from those sent to travellers. Travel Advisors will receive notifications by email, on the web itinerary view and via the mobile app for any day-of-flight delays or cancellations. Flights are tracked starting 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. When disabled, Advisors will not receive these notification emails. To disable flight reminders and notifications completely, toggle off Traveller Flight Notifications.

Resolved Issues

  1. Fixed: When an itinerary containing note segments not associated with any date (i.e., displayed at the top of the itinerary) are rearranged, the PDF does not update with the new order right away.
  2. Fixed: When a touchdown point or operating airlines is deleted from Trip Publisher, the update is not always reflected on the web view and PDF.
  3. Fixed: Collaborator logo details are not displaying in the agent contact card when set to visible.
  4. Fixed: When adding a page from your library to a template the day selected is not retained and all notes are being added to the top of the trip.

  1. Notifications can now be cleared all at once. Check the Select all checkbox, then click the Mark Read button to mark all messages as read.

Resolved Issues

  1. Fixed: When users attempt to add an activity with the type set as Tour, Spa, or Theatre to a TEMPLATE, they receive an error: System Error. Please try again later.
  2. Fixed: When an INSURANCE segment within a TEMPLATE contains file attachments, users cannot delete the attachments.
  3. Fixed: Users cannot edit/change the Departure Day or Arrival Day of a flight segment in a TEMPLATE.

IMPROVEMENTS
  1. Access to itineraries of consultants that have changed store locations has been improved. All users should be able to access and manage those itineraries (FCB only).
  2. The operating airline for air segments in HELiO will now be mapped to the Operating Airline field within TRIPS. This will ensure that air segments not booked in the GDS have this important detail on the TRIPS itinerary.

BUG FIXES
  1. Insurance segments (manually created)
    1. If a date is entered for this segment, it will now display according to the date instead of defaulting to the top of the itinerary. If no date is entered, it will display at the top of the itinerary.
    2. Insurance segments from HELiO will continue to display at the top of the itinerary.
  2. Trip Chat
    1. When a username contained an underscore (_), the reply by email feature was not working. This has been resolved.
