Adding an Activity

You can add an activity segment anytime if you are not importing from HELiO, a GDS, a tour operator, or an email confirmation.
Flight Centre, Liberty Travel, and Travel Associates consultants should be sending their HELiO bookings to Trips to populate trip segments/bookings.

Click the Add icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen and select Activity.



Select the Activity Type if desired.



Under Name, type the name of the activity. You may also add a Label and Booking reference (optional).
The Label will override the Activity Type. Leave the Label blank if you are satisfied that the Activity Type accurately reflects your booking.
Once you have added the dates, click Add to Trip.



Once you are finished, you can add Pricing and Cancellation Policy info and additional details and files if necessary.



If you would like to save this Activity to add to future Trips quickly, you can add it to your Vendor Library.
